Using a systems and dynamic approach to understanding organisational lives, our Work Relationship Interventions invite organisations and leaders to be open to deeply transformational interventions. We create small action learning groups in larger organisations, and the larger organisation performs better when the smaller action-learning groups begin to become work-focused. These interventions involve the whole organisation and likely need both leaders and organisational members to be open to feedback and commit to change.
